For repair services or to upgrade your present NEXTEL phone,
select one of the options below.
OPTION 1 - Replacement/Upgrades
Step 1: Call the "Replacement Hotline at 888-639-8356
Step 2: Nextel will send you a "replacement" phone at your market promotional cost.
Step 3: When you receive your new phone, call "Customer Care and tell them you have an "IMEI SWAP". This will "transfer your old account and number.
